Program rules, eligibility requirements, refund terms, waivers, and facility rules may apply separately and are incorporated by reference when presented.
The Site may relate to activities involving skating, hockey, camps, leagues, events, and other physical or recreational participation.
Use of the Site does not remove or replace the inherent risks of those activities. Participation in any off-site or on-site activity is at your own risk and may require separate waivers, acknowledgements, releases, rules, or medical clearance.

If liability cannot be fully excluded, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars or the amount paid by you directly to us through the Site for the transaction giving rise to the claim, whichever is less.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Montclair State University Ice Arena and its affiliates, partners, managers, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

your violation of these Terms
your violation of law
your infringement of any right of another

This draft uses Florida governing law based on the signed Montclair hosting agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the fullest extent permitted by law. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
