For more than 20 years, Montclair State Ice Arena has been a destination for hockey players, figure skaters, students, families, and community members throughout Northern New Jersey. Featuring two NHL-sized ice surfaces, the arena welcomes hundreds of thousands of visitors each year for skating, hockey, events, training, and recreation.

Parabolic Performance & Rehabilitation

Located inside the arena, Parabolic offers advanced off-ice training, performance development, rehabilitation services, and injury-prevention programs for athletes of all ages.

Directions

Primary Route

Take Route 46 or Route 3 to the Valley Road (Montclair) exit. Travel south approximately one mile to the traffic light at Normal Avenue and turn right. Continue over the hill and turn right onto College Avenue, the entrance road to Montclair State University. Follow the road downhill past the parking garage. At the bottom of the hill, turn right onto Carlisle Road and continue straight through the stop sign. Stay in the left lane at the traffic light to enter the Montclair State Ice Arena parking lot.

Alternate Route from Route 46 Eastbound

Exit at Clove Road (Little Falls) just before Six Brothers Diner. Travel south approximately three-quarters of a mile to the Montclair State University entrance on the left. Turn into campus and make a left at the traffic light to enter the arena parking lot.
