Our clinic is designed to transform hockey players through comprehensive on-ice training. The Montclair State Ice Arena Adult Instructional League offers a flexible, comprehensive hockey experience for new and returning players. Each season provides skills and drills sessions,instructional scrimmages, and concluding games with coaches and referees. Designed to accommodate various skill levels, the program helps players build confidence, learn techniques, and enjoy competitive play in a supportive environment. Take your hockey skills to the next level!

Adult Hockey Leagues

Montclair State Ice Arena offers Adult Leagues all year round at several different skill and age levels. Seasons are 10-14 games and play on Sunday to Thursday nights. Leagues often sell out so get your registration in today. Organize a team or come in on your own!

Quarry Cat Women’s Program

Montclair State Ice Arena has two women’s hockey teams that call Montclair State Ice Arena their home. Players skate at the C and D level for the current season. The program includes game and practice time and the season runs from late September until March.

Adult Instructional League - AIL

Adult Instructional 3V3

Double the action, puck touches, and scoring with our AIL 3v3!

A perfect way to improve your skills in smaller areas in a non-structured game environment! Each hour session will feature round robin play, with 3 cross-ice games.
Coaches will create and balanced teams.
Jerseys will be provided.

SPRING SESSION
