Under the Direction of add new Hockey Director

Mike Liu is the General Manager of Montclair State Ice Arena, bringing extensive experience in hockey operations, player development, and facility leadership. Throughout his career, he has been committed to growing the game and creating outstanding experiences for athletes, families, and the community.

Before joining Montclair as Hockey Director, Mike helped grow Hockey in New Jersey into one of the largest NHL Hockey Is For Everyone programs in the country. He was also a member of Randolph High School’s 2003 State Championship team, inducted into the New Jersey High School Hockey Hall of Fame in 2018. Today, Mike leads the arena with a focus on excellence, community, and creating opportunities for skaters and hockey players of all ages.
